The Fini-Plus matte from Ongles d'Or is a matte UV and LED finish, which can be applied over regular varnishes, UV varnishes or UV gels.
It dries in 2 minutes in a UV lamp, or 30 seconds in an LED lamp, and has no sticky residue.
