Directions: Shake to mix. After applying and drying the Shellac base coat, apply a thin coat to all 5 nails. Cure for 1 minute under the CND LED lamp. Repeat the same procedure on the other hand. Apply a second coat of color using the same procedure. Top it off with Xpress Top Coat.
