- This Ultra High Temperature Lubricant is perfect for lubricating clamp hinges and can be applied prior to autoclaving. It will keep hinges clean and flexible, without leaving any marks. Apply a few small drops to either side of the clamps before bagging. If chemically sterilizing, rinse clamps, dry thoroughly, and apply a few drops to the hinge.
