A super fine powder that has a very slight shimmer. Made with cosmetically approved nail color. Can be applied directly to the tacky layer or buffed on top of the lecenté layer it! to create a sheer look. Color will change depending on the base color. To keep color true, apply over a tacky layer of white gel polish.
