A super fine powder that has a very slight shimmer. Made with cosmetically approved nail colourant.
Can be applied directly over the tacky coat or buffed on top of the lecenté layer it! coat to create a sheer look. Color will change depending on the base color. To keep color true, apply over a tacky coat of white gel polish.
