The Lecente Layer It! formula is 99% cured once baked, making it the ideal surface for chrome and rainbow powders.
Layer It! is used to anchor chrome, rainbow powders, as well as stardust, neon, and ombre powders.
It can also be used for sugar effects as Layer It! does not leave a top film after curing.
For best results, it is recommended to use the product sparingly. It is compatible with all systems.
