A super fine powder with a very subtle shimmer. Made with cosmetically approved pigment for nails.
Can be applied directly onto the sticky layer or buffed on top of the 'lecenté layer it!' coat to create a sheer look. The color will change depending on the base color. To keep the color true, apply over a sticky layer of white gel polish.
